2. Service Description

LockNet VPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and route your traffic through secure servers located in various countries. Our Service includes:

• Access to servers in multiple countries
• Support for up to 5 simultaneous connections per subscription
• Cross-platform applications for various devices
• 24/7 customer support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Sharing: Each subscription allows up to 5 simultaneous connections. Sharing your account credentials with others beyond this limit is prohibited and may result in account termination.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (monthly, yearly, bi-annual) with different pricing. All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect your current subscription period.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Service

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at support@locknetvpn.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days
• Renewed subscriptions (only initial purchases qualify)
• Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
• Transmit, distribute, or store any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Spread malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code
• Engage in cyberattacks, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems
• Participate in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate the privacy rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to bypass geographic restrictions in violation of content licensing agreements

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
