3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Sharing: Each subscription allows up to 5 simultaneous connections. Sharing your account credentials with others beyond this limit is prohibited and may result in account termination.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans (monthly, yearly, bi-annual) with different pricing. All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect your current subscription period.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Service

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days
• Renewed subscriptions (only initial purchases qualify)
• Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to bypass geographic restrictions in violation of content licensing agreements

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to maintain high availability and performance, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free Service
• Specific connection speeds or bandwidth
• Availability of servers in specific locations
• Compatibility with all devices, applications, or services

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time, which may result in temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from:

• Your internet connection or network configuration
• Third-party services, applications, or websites
• Government restrictions or internet censorship

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LockNet VPN and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engagement in illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Any other reason we deem necessary to protect our Service or other users

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy. You will not be entitled to any refund for unused subscription time, except as required by law.
