Understanding Your Device Connections
Active Connections
Your VPN account tracks active connections automatically. When you connect from a device, it counts as one of your 5 simultaneous connections.
Device Management
You can install LockNet VPN on as many devices as you want. The limit applies to simultaneous connections, not total devices. Disconnect from one device to connect on another.
Tips for Managing Devices
- • Disconnect from unused devices to free up connection slots
- • Install the app on all your devices - you can switch between them
- • Use the same account credentials on all devices
- • If you hit the 5-device limit, disconnect from a device you're not using
