Auto-Renewal Terms

Understanding automatic subscription renewal

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You'll be charged the same amount for the same plan unless you change your plan.

2. Renewal Periods

Monthly Plans: Your subscription will automatically renew every month at the then-applicable monthly rate.

Yearly Plans: Your subscription will automatically renew annually (every 12 months) at the then-applicable yearly rate.

2-Year Plans: After the initial 2-year term, your subscription will automatically renew annually for additional 1-year terms at the then-applicable renewal price.

3. Renewal Pricing

The renewal price may differ from the price you paid for your initial subscription period. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. However, we will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before your subscription renews. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. Payment Method

Your subscription will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at the time of renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until the period ends.

6. Refunds

Canceling auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. Refunds are governed by our 30-day money-back guarantee and general refund policy.

7. Notifications

We will send you email notifications before your subscription renews, including:

  • Renewal reminders (typically 7 days and 1 day before renewal)
  • Price change notifications (at least 30 days before renewal)
  • Payment failure notifications
  • Successful renewal confirmations

It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date in your LockNet Account to receive these important notifications.

8. Changes to Auto-Renewal Terms

We reserve the right to modify these auto-renewal terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through your LockNet Account at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of LockNet VPN services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Currency and Fees

All subscription fees are charged in GBP (British Pounds). Your payment provider may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. These fees are not included in our subscription price and are your responsibility.
